The IntelliCENTER motor-control center (MCC) is comprised of motor-control hardware, software and communication capabilities. The heart of the MCC is the IntelliCENTER software, which automatically compiles key information about the MCC and its components. The software replicates the actual MCC lineup on screen, complete with nameplates and pilot lights on each door to show status, with the graphical screens displaying data for motor controllers, drives and motor protectors. Each screen is pre-configured to show the parameters of greatest interest to the user and parameters can be customized. Other screen features include trending graphs, analog meters, information on spare parts, and event logging.
