The Test Designer software automates analog and mixed signal test program development including fault diagnostics and isolation, FMEA, and product acceptance test generation. Integrated to an Internet-based simulation processing program, the application is a complete system that includes an integrated schematic entry tool, model libraries, SPICE3-based analog/mixed-signal generator, a graphical data post processor, and access to SpiceFarm. Other features include the ability to generate detailed fault trees and test strategy reports, structured and parsable reports, and methodology and report forms.
