PXI Chassis Has Eight Slots For Building Test And Control Systems

Real-time, automated test and data acquisition bench-top or rack-mount systems are the key application areas of the PXI-1042, a high performance chassis that combines an 8-slot backplane with a high-output power supply, integrated cooling, and a compact structural design. It also features enhanced fan control and remote power inhibit and monitoring. The chassis also boasts of a low jitter internal reference clock and external clock connectors for precision timing and synchronization. And it is said to integrate with all PXI hardware products and a variety of software, including LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement Studio, TestStand and Switch Executive.
