Wide-Angle LED Maintains Very Low Profile

When seated, the PG1112C LED stands a mere 0.5 mm above the circuit board, making it suitable for use in switches, keypads and indicator applications. The LED has a viewing angle of up to 150° and an intensity of up to 7.6 mcd with a forward current of 20 mA and a milky-white type lens. Other specifications include a power dissipation of 70 mW, a peak forward current of 60 mA, and a reverse voltage of 4V. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, derating is from 0.36 mA/°C (dc) to 0.86 mA/°C (pulse). Available colors include red, yellow, orange and green.
