Adapter Delivers 12 to 60 Watts

A new 12W to 60W desktop external switching power adapter has been designed with single, dual and triple outputs in voltages from 5 to 48 Vdc and accepts universal input of 90 to 264 Vac. This desktop switching adapter is suitable for use with microcomputers, desktop peripherals, printers, and test equipment. The adapter provides a line/load regulation of ±2% to ±5%, typical low ripple/noise of 1%, over-voltage and over-current protection, and operates at a typical efficiency of 80%. Output connection is made via a standard coaxial plug or 5-pin DIN/mini-DIN connectors. Input-to-output isolation is 1,500 Vac.
