The module measures 5 mm x 5 mm and consumes 15% to 20% less power than comparable devices draining 6W or greater. It is available with memory capacities up to 192 GB and a bandwidth up to 40 GB/s when paired with 1-Gb x 4-bit DDR2-800 DRAM. Other features include a per-lane pattern generator and BERT testing.
