Designed for 3.3V to 5V data acquisition systems, the THS4520 16-bit op amp offers rail-to-rail output and independent output common-mode control. The device also offers a noise figure of 2 nV/√Hz and what may be the lowest harmonic distortion available at -115 dBc HD2 and -123 dBc HD3 at 8 Vp-p output through 100 kHz. Other features include 3.3-V operation, a 600-MHz bandwidth and an industrial temperature range from –40°C to +85°C. Available in a 16-pin QFN package, price is $2.25 each/1,000.
