Op Amps Eliminate EMI/RFI In Analog Systems

The LMV83x op amps integrate EMI filters that maintain the accuracy of analog systems by reducing the effects of RF interference. According to the company, they deliver the industry’s highest EMI rejection ratio at a figure of 120 dB, thereby eliminating EMI-induced errors. The devices also specify a 3-MHz unity gain bandwidth while consuming 240 ?A of supply current, translating into a power-to-performance ratio of 80 ?A per MHz. The LMV831 single, LMV832 dual, and LMV834 quad op amps promise to reduce development time and board size by minimizing the need for metal shielding, filters, and other components. Shared features include CMOS inputs, a maximum input offset voltage of 1 mV, rail-to-rail output stage, an input common-mode voltage range that includes ground, a CMRR and PSRR of 93 dB, and an operating temperature range from -40?C to +125?C.
