The B3292*E/F series now includes X2 safety class capacitors with capacitances up to 45 µF. The components suit across-the-line applications at 305 Vac and +110ºC, all of which meet IEC 60384-14, UL1283, and CSA 22.2 No. 8 requirements. Both series enable EMI filters with a single 45-µF capacitor, translating into a significant reduction in PCB space and parasitic inductance. Additionally, the reduction of soldering points simplifies testing and improves overall filter reliability.
