SBC Meets OpenVPX VITA 65 Standard November 04, 2009
Complying with the OpenVPX VITA 65 standard, the 3U-size TR 501/36x single-board computer employs a 1.86-GHz Core 2 Duo SL9400 processor and a GS45 mobile class chipset. The board supports up to 8 GB of DDR3-1066 SDRAM and a wide variety of I/O interfaces including an XMC site. A conduction-cooled version supports VPXREDI Type 1 two-level maintenance. Other features include a flexible PCI Express, OpenVPX backplane fabric interface that is configurable for several OpenVPX slot profiles from 8 x1 PCIe ports to a 1 x8 PCIe port.
