Measuring half the size of TSOP-6 devices while maintaining comparable on resistance values down to 11 milliOhms, the company's latest power MOSFETs debut as the first 12V devices in PowerPAK SC-70 packages measuring 2 mm x 2 mm with a 0.8-mm profile. With 15 models in the offering the MOSFETs are available in a variety of configurations and voltage ratings including single, single plus Schottky, and dual devices, in both n-channel and p-channel, and n- and p-channel complementary pairs. The devices feature voltage ranges between 8V and 30V with on-resistance values down to 0.011 Ohms at 4.5V.
